THE DOOM SCROLL
Users spend too much time looking for content
Through one-on-one interviews and surveys, insights were gathered on how users discover and choose movies to watch. The research aimed to understand the decision-making process, pain points with existing platforms, and features that could make finding content more intuitive and enjoyable. By analyzing user behaviors and preferences, key patterns emerged that informed design decisions.
